Job Duties Include:
- Assist customers via email, and phone.
- Small project pricing and order processing.
- Effectively quote, place, and process orders.
- Proactively track orders in computer system for customer and processing efficiency.
- Expand customer base and grow sales and profits.
Required Skills:
- Must be able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must exhibit a team first attitude with a commitment to punctuality
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work remotely
- Experience selling explosion proof material (Crouse Hinds) is a plus
- Experience with eclipse order entry system
- Experience in expediting
